  HORRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE attitude. I will never go to this location again. Over the course of TWO days, I was given EVERY excuse in the book, by the kiosk manager, from; "this is against store policy", "I'll have to confirm this with my regional manager", and my favorite "My credit card scanner doesn't work." Just to prevent me from returning sunglasses that I bought at another location two days prior. There was nothing physically wrong with the glasses, all I wanted to do was use a $20 off coupon. The only way I could do this was to return the original pair and buy a new pair at this location. I had to go all the way back to the original location, where I made my purchase, and they were more than happy to honor the HIP coupon. That's what I call GREAT customer service, making the customer happy. They also mentioned that there were other customers that came to their store because they were dissatisfied with the service at the HIP.
