Worst AT&T I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been with AT&T for 15 years. I went in the store to purchase to iPhone 10s that were to be SHIPPED to another state ( I️ do not live here in Illinois ) he (Andrew) insisted on charging me over $250 in sales tax. His co-workers were goofing off and the female worker there was condensending with her directions to Andrew on how to handle me. My employee Walked into the store before me and asked Andrew if he had any iPhone xs and the first thing out of his mouth was,” you can’t buy it “ he asked why and Andrew said because you have prepaid. Well little did he know my co-worker wanted to pay cash for the phone and gift it to his niece. I️ could go on and on about the service here but to keep it simple go to another location. A location where the reps actually educate you in new services with the ever growing AT&T brand. Not filled with a bunch of pretentious kids! Over time I’ve learned a little on the company and it’s perks. I knew a lot more then the reps in this location. By the way, I️ NEVER WRITE REVEWS! The. When i finally do i look down and there’s over 20 1 stars with people that have experienced the same thing as me. This should be looked at by upper management and some adjustments need to be made!

My friend and I were here the other day, having been referred by another store that didn't have the phone he wanted in stock, having been a franchise store as opposed to this corporate store. Toni at the Brickyard store referred us here as his store didn't have the desired model in stock. Toni called to this store to verify that said phone was, indeed, in stock. We went here and spoke to Andrew and Tanya, one of the managers. My friend got all his questions answered and was satisfied by the end of our time there. Tanya was quite professional as a manager. Andrew, though, was less-than-engaging. To me he seemed like a pro-ball player as he was needlessly robotic in his interaction style. I would return here for Tanya or another manager but, if you want high-quality service, then ask for a manager don't settle for just anyone! Happy hunting!!

I feel the same way about this location as many of the reviewers: the workers here are unprofessional and rude. We went on a few days ago to get pricing if we completely moved our tv and wireless over to at&t. We spoke with a young man who helped us and gave us all of our pricing, and the next afternoon went back to the store to move over our service. We decided to get two iPhones (due to a promotion they had going) and let my daughter use an old phone as she wanted to wait until the iPhone X came out. At this time, we also traded in an iPhone 6s plus. We left the AT&T store and only a few hours later, and found that my daughter had no service at all. Even after resetting the network settings, calls continued to get dropped and messages wouldn't send unless WiFi was turned on. We then went back to the AT&T and asked that they please hold the 6s plus, since we didn't know if the service would be what we needed. They said no, but finally then the manager said they would call their manager. Tanya said she spoke with the regional manager and they said they would make an exception and that they would hold the phone for 24 hours until I gave them a call the next day to determine whether or not they would be staying with AT&T. My daughter did not have service at all the next day, and decided that rather than wait for the X they would just get the 8. When we got to the store, we saw that the gentleman that helped us the day before added the upgrades to the wrong lines. The woman helped us change the lines so that the correct phone numbers were showing the correct devices. We left shortly after, and the lines that got changed soon stopped working. We decided at this point we would switch back to Verizon. When I called the store, I let them know that there should be a phone being held there by the manager from last night. The manager, Arthur, said it was not there. I made it clear to Arthur how disappointed I was that the manager did not do what they promised, and he basically stated that he doesn't know what the manager said but they can't hold it. There was no apology. We went back to Verizon and switched our phones. When we got done it was 8:45, and when we got to AT&T we were meant with a young man who basically greeted us by letting us know they were closing. We let him know we needed our issue taken care of tonight, and a girl finally came to help us. We were almost immediately told that the new iPhone that never turned on (after their employee switched the lines) needed to be taken to Apple, and that we needed to pay a restocking fee for each phone. At this point, I asked for the manager. The manager there was Arthur who I spoke to on the phone. Arthur essentially told us that even though Tanya told us she would keep our phone, they wouldn't have actually kept the phone, and that he doesn't know what the regional manager told her but they can't keep the phone. He did not seem to care that their regional manager gave them the 'okay' to save the phone for 24 hours. There were no apologies. I told him that I would at some point expect an apology, to which he said 'sure'. I asked if I gave my information, if the regional manager would contact me about my experience. He said "Well, you're no longer an AT&T customer". This implied to me that AT&T no longer cared about my experience since I was no longer a customer. I told him that I was actually considering keeping my cable with AT&T, but that after that I was unsure. Arthur then continued to say that I "assaulted" his employee. When my daughter who was there with me asked what he was talking about, he said that I said she was unqualified. This was me simply stating an observation, as after she switched the devices on our lines, neither of our phones worked. This is definitely not assault. He continued to use the word assault, and my daughter asked him "Do you mean insult?" He replied 'I am not speaking to you'. I continued to let him know how disappointed I was in my experience and he replied 'I am just not going to talk to you anymore'. That is how my experience went.

My husband and I were recently at this location and tried to switch from sprint to at&t. Even though we spent a lot of time in the store, Mirza our sales associate was wonderful and helped us switch over our services. Mirza didn't mind spending 3-4 hours explaining and finding the price we were looking for. If anyone is looking to switch over their services or just need assistance I would highly recommend going into this location and ask for Mirza. We definitely had the best experience ever.

I didn't go to this store myself, but I'm reviewing it because they were VERY good to my elderly parents. They got a GREAT deal on a couple of Samsung Galaxy S8+s. They helped them transfer contacts and accounts. My mom did over do it with her Lifeproof case, but that is her preference. Thanks!
