  Finding this store is a nightmare. Never again! They really need better details as to WHERE this store is located. There are TWO AT&T stores on Harlem Ave. One AT&T store is located on Harlem Ave across the street from the mall, next door to Noodles (restaurant). It is on the East side of Harlem Ave (few doors down from Pot Belly Sandwich Works). Then, you have the AT&T store INSIDE the mall (good luck trying to find this one). The person who assisted was very clueless and not very helpful. I ended up going on-line and finding what I needed for my Smart Phone. The employee could have made a big commission that day, but you know what, he did not. I don't expect to hear from the Manager about my experience at this store. Customer service is non-existent.
