  This store is always disorganized and messy. The worste part is the customer service and the managers , they clearly don't have a clue of what customer service is. they are so ignorant and don't understand a thing . I waited in line for 35 minutes and tried to use a coupon that one of them gave me, they did not honor the coupon and said they can't do anything about it. Maria and the other manager gave me an attitude. They don't have the knowledge and skills to be managers they are so immature. What a disappointment!!!!

  Veronica took care of us as we arrived and was helpful. She offered her assistance twice and that was good news to have. They did not have everything in stock so they offered to purchase the item and then call back next Friday, or Thursday night when they get more items, to exchange it for the right color. The waiting to check out was not so pleasant since we waited in line for 22 minutes. There were 3 cashier's while there are 6 registers. So I think if there are plenty of people having more registers would make the experience much better. Overall it was an OK experience. It was Sunday so maybe one of their busiest days. Unfortunately other reviews show that there is always a line. Maybe online shopping next time.
